As part of the Social Economy Week, today a seminar organized by the partners of the INN@SE project was held, entitled „Social economy and social entrepreneurship. International experiences on the example of INN @ SE project partners”. It was chaired by prof. Dorota Murzyn (project manager) together with Dr. Marta Czyżewska, Dr. Wojciech Maciejewski and Dr. Iwona Lupa-Wójcik (Pedagogical University of Cracow, Poland).
Partners from Italy, North Macedonia and Jordan participated in the discussion, including:
- Kristian Mancinone (ART-ER – Societa Consortile Per Azioni, Italy),
- Irina Janevska (Organization for Social Innovation „ARNO”, North Macedonia),
- Mamoun Khreisat, Samer Al-Kasih (Desert Bloom for Training and Sustainable Development, Jordan),
- and Maria Kucińska from Regional Center for Social Policy in Cracow (regional unit of Marshall Office, coordinating the development of the social economy in Małopolska region).
The meeting was also attended by students of Pedagogical University of Cracow and other invited guests. The discussion concerned, inter alia, various interesting practices in the field of social entrepreneurship in individual countries, the experience of partners in this field, as well as Polish students’ plans for development in this area.
