On 9 November 2021, Pedagogical University of Cracow organised an Innovathon. It was a real marathon😊 Nearly 100 participants (!), almost 9 hours of intensive work, a lot of effort, but also satisfaction (at least according to the opinions of the participants expressed in a survey after the workshop). Due to the coronavirus pandemic situation, the event was held online. However, this did not prevent the event from achieving the expected results. Participants created social entrepreneurship business ideas to overcome social and environmental problems. Finally, they presented their works in front of a jury composed of representatives of NGOs, youth organisations, enterprises (including social enterprises), public authorities, and social innovation incubators. It was also an opportunity to present the results of the project INN@SE.
The date of the event was not accidental, as it was part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week and Social Economy Week, which were taking place at the time.
